It's been quite a while since the last blog entry. But we haven't been sitting around doing nothing! We've been really busy.

Cypruslikethis has now expanded in Nicosia. Which means, it is becoming even more useful for you.

We are also now advertising in Vivendi Magazine.

The search engines seem to also like us and give us more attention. Over 60% of our traffic comes from organic results. The home page of Cypruslikethis now has a Google pagerank of 4. On the search results, Google is giving us a good number of sitelinks.

Since our launch on 18 September we have been doing a lot, offline and online.

Firstly, it seems like Google likes Cypruslikethis! In just 4 days after opening the site to Googlebot, Google has listed us in its search results. Another 4 days later, promotions and pages on Cypruslikethis started appearing straight to the first page of Google.

Getting first page results on Google is a real achievement in its own right. Hello people!

This blog is dedicated to giving you the inside info on CyprusLikeThis. The much needed website that was missing from the Cyprus Web.

We are now 2-3 weeks away from launching the website that can really help the Cyprus consumer to find his/her way around and the companies in Cyprus (small and big) to bring the consumers closer to them.

But, what IS CyprusLikeThis?

Well, let me explain by example. Have you ever wanted to buy something in Cyprus but did not know who provides this product/service? What did you do to find it? I'll tell you what I was doing and you tell me if it reminds you at all of what You were doing. I was looking on the web (mostly through Google), calling friends, parents, relatives, looking in magazines, newspapers and - most of the times - getting pissed off and giving up! Now, I am not referring to well known products or services like mobile phones, digital cameras, restaurants or hotels. I am referring to things like guitars, carpets, interior design, wedding services, tattoo, computer service and other products or services that are not so easy to find in Cyprus.

This is where CyprusLikeThis comes into play. It gives you the answer to this...much frustrating question:
